Ralph The Hoov Liggins Jr., is a well know DJ, Host, producer & engineer from Chicago. The Hoov has been Djing for his entire life starting from djing parties for his parents with a close-n-play at the age of 10 yrs. old. He has a vast experience in Radio Broadcasting stemming from The Air Force Network (AFN) to becoming the Program Director for WKKC 89.3 FM at Kennedy King College.  He is the former on-air personalities with WKKC (Kennedy King College) WCSU (Chicago State University) and Dusty Radio 1390. Ralph is an advocate for learning as he is obtaining his Master Degree in Education as well as degrees is Radio TV Broadcasting & Business Management. The HOOV brings WOSD that element of good old school dance music – with great entertaining information.
